About

Engineering rigour, applied to real projects.

I'm a results-oriented project manager with an electrical & electronics engineering background. I've worked on both sides of the wall: on the manufacturing floor, where I managed R&D and production processes for consumer electronics, and on construction and renovation projects in Vancouver, where I estimate, coordinate and inspect.

What I bring is the habit of measuring before deciding — quantity takeoffs, cost and budget analyses, site inspections, technical reports — and the calm to keep cross-functional teams aligned when timelines get tight. I optimize workflows with Lean Manufacturing principles and I write documentation people actually use.
